If you look around you today at work or at home and can see that anyone is ‘under the weather’ the chances are that you could all do with a boost. Your success as a group, whether the goal be family harmony or meeting deadlines in a busy office, is compromised by low energy and poor health. My work, carried out in your own environment, will promote individual and group well being. As a new vibrant energy fills the air the little niggles disappear and even bigger issues start to fade. When we are feeling well our communication skills are unmasked and motivation grows. The job gets done and you find you have had fun doing it.
The aim – to bring out the best in you and your family/colleagues as individuals and at the same time inspire the team. The work is organic and appropriate to the particular needs of each group. During interactive sessions based on my experience in Energy Psychology and Health Kinesiology I will offer “on the spot” health guidance. I ask you to commit to a minimum of two hours of contact time and at least four people in the working group.
